Our Recycled PET Flakes Philippines (LQ grade) are sourced from coastal areas at high risk of ocean plastic pollution. With a higher proportion of blue flakes and a controlled PE content of 2–4% from bottle rings, these ocean-bound recycled PET flakes are carefully processed to be free from PVC, metals, and paper contamination. They support sustainable manufacturing while strengthening recycling infrastructure in coastal communities.

Specifications

Recycled PET Flakes Philippines are hot-washed and mechanically cleaned. LQ grade indicates a higher blue flake content. PE contamination from caps and rings remains in the 2–4% range. Material is guaranteed PVC-free, metal-free, and paper-free. Full TDS (IV, moisture, color values, contamination tests) is available on request.

Applications

Sheet extrusion, thermoforming, strapping, fibers, and compounding. These recycled PET flakes can be used directly or further pelletized into rPET granules.
